    Directions: File nails and soak hands one at a time in water solution until cuticle is soft. Push cuticle back with cuticle pusher. Remove excess cuticle with towel. Then apply manicure and massage lotion. Use nipper only to remove hangnails.Wash hands, dry and polish.
