A vintage PECO 638 1/2" Electrical Conduit Pipe Bender Head.
For 3/4" thin wall or 1/2" rigid.
Heavy duty, very usable and functional tool.
It has typical wear and aging that you would expect from a vintage, used tool.  There are areas of surface rust, scratching, and spotting.
